:Well:

It does the original game better justice than anything I should expect from a free flash game, but it's lacking a lot. You need more power-ups, better character design, ladders, BGM maybe. Maybe you could even add character selection. Have a character that can run faster, but shoots slower, or something.

Good job overall though.

I think you should spend a few more minutes on each scene, touching up certain things. The whole thing would look very nice if you did that.
You should also make it a little bit harder.

I love the break-beat music, good choice. Keep 'em coming, I liked it.

Well, I sure do love pointlessly dragging and dropping chess pieces..

It looks good and all, until you do ANYTHING.

I assume you are held back by lack of coding skills. Therefore my only advice is obvioulsy to learn, or take someone in who already knows.

I love SYNJ, ever since I saw the first episode of Koy and the Orangey-Fats, I was very happy to hear of this team-up with Tom Fulp. You guys have made what is one of the best flash ganes ever. Reminds me of playing Contra or Metal Slug. It's challenging too. That aspect seems to be missing from most games submitted to NG. My only constructive criticism would be to add a pause button. Keep up the fucking great work.

Great. Just need a fewthings tweaked... The explosion sounds makes my speaker sound like shit, maybe you could find another? you should add sounds from the game, like the music from beating a boss.... also, i think you need to add a play button, and better BGM... overall though, good game, keep it up
